A Beautiful Way To Celebrate The Beginning Of The A New Year..

 Happy New Year!

2012 is going to be fantastic! I can not think of a better way to celebrate the New Year, than photographing a 10 day old scrumptious little man.

What an amazing Christmas, to celebrate the birth of your first child.

I was so honoured to capture these precious moments. I adored every minute.

Thank you and once again guys Congratulations x

A Date To Remember

Date: November 4th, 2011.

Location: Holy Spirit Church.

The Assignment: Document the marriage of Mr & Mrs Tuohy.

My Dad, has always said,  ”You will never experience a real wedding and witness the champion of celebrations, unless you have been apart of an Irish wedding!”  Well on November 4th, 2011 we were! Its now my goal for 2012 to do another! I cannot say enough about both of the amazing families. It was so blooming fantastic and a day Rejean & I will never forget!

The Bride, had organised and planned this wedding to absolute perfection! (By herself I might add) I think she would have an INCREDIBLE career as a Wedding Planner. The tiniest detail was executed with sheer brilliance.

The celebration of the year arrived. It was the perfect scenario for a really romantic wedding day, snow had just covered the ground. It was chilly but not enough to dampen the festivities.

After a fantastic church ceremony, extremely elegant dinner reception, listening to hilarious speeches and fantastic family stories, with the words of “Whose the man……….Batman”, ringing in our ears. What followed was by far, the most hilarious Photo Booth we have ever encountered. 3 weeks later I only have to look at the show reel and it makes me laugh out loud! The guests were Brilliant!

Congratulations to Mrs & Mr Tuohy, we wish you many years of happiness together.

Once again, Thanks a million guys we really did have a blast!

~ Jocelyn & Paddys Wedding ~ PhotoBooth ~

Nervous?………….Yes!

Emotional?………..Very!

Excited?………….Like a child on Christmas Eve!

Coffee intake?……..Was up to 100 cups by 7:30 am!

That was ME the morning off.

The Bride however, was as cool and as calm as a cucumber. Looked as radiant as a true Princess, and luckily for me, her mood reflected on those around her. I was now albeit a tad hyper from the truck load of coffee but calmed and ready to document this amazing occasion!

November 4, 2011 will be a day forever locked in our minds as the day, we spent celebrating and documenting the wedding of Jocelyn & Paddy. It was quite possibly one of the most amazing and spectacular celebratory events I/we have ever witnessed. More will follow soon on the blog. BUT first and with no further ado. The Photo-Booth!!! I have never laughed so hard in all my life!

Enjoy & Crank The Music…….:)

The 2011 Halloween Festivities

It arrived faster this year than many other years previous. It means Christmas is JUST around the corner! Eeeeek! HALLOWEEN! Wohooooooooooooo!

Christmas & Halloween, is HUGE in our house. We are not one of those ‘Christmas fanatic families ’ that put up our decorations in June (We just don’t take them down at all, from one year to the next………..I’m kidding).

With our middle kiddo starting Preschool. (Which happens to be the same one our eldest child went to 12 years before). It meant, that this was the year everyone in our house was old enough to participate in the Halloween parties at school and at home. YES! Finally, I have been waiting………what seems like forever, to crack out the super scary characters. fog machine, creepy cocktails, & scary suppers.

Really, I was doing the running man in the kitchen, at the thought of dragging the ‘VERY’ dusty Interior Halloween Decorations from the basement! Wohooooooooooooo, this year was going to be FANTASTIC! Or so I thought…………………..Whilst pulling out all of the Cool Scary Decos. I had the sudden realisation that I had wasted the last two years, waiting for our youngest to ‘Be Old Enough’ It hit me the moment  I span around, in what I thought was a ‘really scary’ cape and  mask ensemble. She looked me up and down (With a look off……How do I put it….hmmmm………….. Your an idiot Mum………..) and continued to tell me that Spiders have 8 legs. My heart sank a little.

Shes two! I was scared silly when I was a kid. Our eldest child, screamed at EVERYTHING!  It was great, He was way more fun !! LOL I thought Maybe, I needed a scarier supply of Halloween Decos. Until our eldest came home from high school and jumped six foot in the air, at the 6 foot penguin located in the hall. Can still get him at least!!

I hope your halloween was as Safe, Fun, & As Scrumtpious as Ours.
